The Douro Valley is known for being home to the world famous Port wine, which while sailing along the valley you'll see vineyard upon vineyard producing the finest Port wine in the world. We admired the incredible vineyards from Porto all the way to the border of Spain where we took a bus to see Salamanca, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known as "Little Rome."
