Rx 224 and 621 Cockle Train/Southern Encounter 04/07/2021

Rx 224 takes it's first Cockle Train for over 30 years as it takes passengers from Goolwa to Victor Harbor. Rx 244 meets 621 with the Southern Encounter at Goolwa and goes back to the depot to turn. Meanwhile 621 takes the Southern Encounter to Victor Harbor and waits for Rx 244. Rx 244 arrives in Victor Harbor with the Cockle Train and hands it off to 621 who takes the Cockle Train to finish the 2nd return trip. 621 makes it back into Victor with the Cockle Train as Rx 224 is ready and waiting for action. 621 shunts the Southern Encounter consist onto the Cockle Train and Rx 224 couples to 621. Both of them lead a 14 car train out of Victor Harbor and onwards to Goolwa
