[Mastère Spécialisé® Réhabilitation Énergétique du Bâti Ancien] Présentation par Dominique Naert

Dominique Naert, director of the Specialized Master's program in "Energy-Efficient Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings," presents this unique program, created in 2026, jointly offered by the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (National School of Bridges and Roads) and the École de Chaillot, part of the Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine (City of Architecture and Heritage). This program focuses on buildings constructed before 1948, in a context of accelerating climate change, resource scarcity, and systemic instability. The rehabilitation of historic buildings can no longer be limited to a strictly architectural or heritage-based approach. It must fully integrate the imperatives of sustainability, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and resilience to ensure the preservation of heritage buildings over time. This program, accredited as a Master's level (Bac +6) by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), is directed by Dominique Naert, as is the Specialized Master's program in Sustainable Real Estate and Building (ENPC), and by Jean-Marc Zuretti (CAPA), director of the École de Chaillot. It has benefited from the support of the Ministry of Culture since its inception. Information and online applications: https://ecoledesponts.fr/formation-co...
