Not the Week I Was Hoping For on Zepbound + Deciding on a Compounded GLP-1 Provider??

This wasn't quite the week I was hoping for on Zepbound. I had hoped to lose another pound or two but maintained instead. I had also hoped to choose a provider/pharmacy for compounded tirzepatide but got a little overwhelmed and felt rushed to make a decision so ended up sticking with Lilly Direct for another month.
