He built up a soft mellifluous which could create emotional impact on his listeners. His mastery to execute complicated and swift Taans earned him the title of ‘Taan Samrat’. He could sing Khayal, Tarana, Thumri and Dadra with equal expertise.. Ustad Naseer Ahmed Khan’s illustrated career came to a sudden end with his untimely death at the age of 56.”
