Taking a deep look at the Crystalfall demo — a new free-to-play steampunk ARPG. I played the demo from start to finish and share my honest impressions: combat, the massive passive skill tree, skill gems as loot with their own mini-talents, loot, crafting, monetization, and the main question — is this Path of Exile in a steampunk setting or just another indie ARPG for a few evenings? My verdict: 6/10. There’s clear potential, but also quite a few issues.
