Effective mentoring is critical for academic, professional, and personal growth. In this session, you will learn how to navigate the mentor/mentee relationship, discuss strategies for developing your mentoring skills, and discover resources that are available for students at UConn. This session is for anyone who may find themselves in the position of mentoring a student, whether informally or through a formal mentorship program.
