天井の高い立派なアーケードが続く十条銀座商店街は、明治30年代後半、帝国陸軍の造兵廠ができたことで人通りが増え、お店ができはじめたのが始まりといわれています。 今回はそんな歴史のある十条銀座商店街を中心に十条駅周辺を歩いてみました。 The Jujo Ginza shopping street, with its magnificent high-ceilinged arcades, is said to have begun in the late 1890s, when the Imperial Army's arsenal was built and stores began to open as the number of pedestrians increased.
