The Strawberry Napoleons were good but I felt they needed more of a strawberry glaze filling. I may try another recipe later. Keep Walking In The Light! Email: [email protected] Strawberry Napoleons 1 pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 T granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 T confectioners' sugar 1 T. unsalted butter, melted Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3" squares. Place squares on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. In a bowl, toss sliced strawberries with sugar and vanilla. let sit for 10 minutes. Beat heavy cream with confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form. Open cool pastries and layer strawberries and whipped cream between. Serve immediately. #familyvlog #cooking #vlog
