Dr Frank Romano Global Sumud Flotilla Activist Attempting to Bring Humanitarian Aid to Gaza
My guest is Dr. Frank Romano a retired Maître de conférences (assistant tenured professor) at the Université Paris Nanterre in the Anglo-American Literature and Civilization Department. Dr. Romano was aboard the Global Sumud Flotilla,, one of about 40 ships that attempted to bring aid to Gaza. Intercepted by Israel about 200 activists including Romano were released after being taken to a port in Israel. He joins us from Paris.
