Surfcasters is a new documentary series from the creators of the iconic fishing movie, Project Magic Hour. The series follows professional surfcaster Pete Utschig as he travels the globe in search of the ultimate land-based fishing experiences. Each episode dives into the culture, craft, and thrill of surfcasting, while exploring unique coastal destinations and the communities that call them home. Along the way, Pete is joined by a handful of expert surfcasters, sharing their knowledge and passion for the sport. In the debut episode, Pete journeys to Norway with his fishing partner, Mike “The Bear” Paxson, in pursuit of iconic Norwegian game fish. Set beneath the midnight sun and framed by epic landscapes, this adventure takes you to arctic shorelines, where anything feels possible.
