From Country to Hood: Gratiot Avenue, Detroit, MI.

Gratiot Avenue is one of Detroit's main 5 thoroughfares that meets at Campus Martius Park in Downtown. Gratiot extends all the way to Port Huron, Michigan, but in this video we only go from New Haven to Downtown, or about 30 miles. The part of Gratiot that I start in is on the far outskirts of Detroit's suburban development. As we get closer, we go through some inner ring suburbs before reaching some of the most crime ridden areas of Detroit.
