Appointments continue in the incoming government of Abelardo De La Espriella. Beyond the ministries, D'arcy Quinn's "Secrets" on #lafm revealed several other equally important positions. The Legal Secretariat of the Presidency, which oversees decrees and protects the president and the Presidency, will be headed by Andrés Barretos, who was Superintendent of Industry and Commerce in the Duque administration and currently leads the law firm De la Espriella Lawyers. Carlos Ríos, former Vice Minister of Defense and one of the campaign managers, will head the DAPRE (Administrative Department of the Presidency). Miriam Carolina Martínez, who previously served as director of the National Land Agency under the Duque administration, will lead the government.
