Disney Wonder Dawes Glacier Day 🏔️ Whale Watching, Characters & Incredible Views

Today is Glacier Day aboard the Disney Wonder as we cruise through Endicott Arm towards the breathtaking Dawes Glacier! 🏔️🚢 This is one of the most anticipated days on any Disney Alaska cruise, and after experiencing it for ourselves, we completely understand why. We start the day with breakfast overlooking the stunning scenery before joining the queues for the special Glacier Day character meet and greets. Along the way we share tips for meeting Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy, spot whales from the ship, enjoy hot chocolate on deck and watch the scenery become more spectacular with every passing mile. As we approach Dawes Glacier, the temperatures drop, the icebergs begin to appear and Disney provides commentary throughout the ship explaining the history of Endicott Arm and the glacier itself. From whale sightings and glacier views to character meet and greets, hot chocolates, blankets and some truly unforgettable scenery, this was one of the most memorable days we have ever experienced on a cruise.
