We accompanied my wonderful mom to her doctor's appointment. Her initial tests came back positive, bringing immense comfort to our family. There's a strong probability that her operation will be scheduled for this coming Wednesday – we're optimistic and grateful for all the well-wishes. After ensuring Mom was comfortable and settled, I decided to channel some positive energy into my new pond project. While staying home mostly, I did venture out with high hopes of finding vibrant, live plants to breathe life into my aquatic oasis. Unfortunately, technology was not on my side! I rely heavily on Google Maps for navigation, but this time, it was a complete "dhoka" (as the title says)! Every location I was directed to turned out to be a dead end – no signs of any plant shops anywhere! Even asking locals for assistance didn't lead me to the right place. Frustration definitely set in! Despite the unexpected challenges, it was still a memorable day.
