In business practice, Pertamina Dex's B0 variant (without FAME) is generally not sold freely at regular gas stations, but is instead specifically for sectors with regulatory exemptions, such as certain industries, isolated power plants, or export commodities. Meanwhile, for land-based automotive consumers who refuel at public gas stations, the Pertamina Dex distributed is a variant that is already subject to the government's mandatory B35 requirement. This is why research indicates the presence of FAME in the Pertamina Dex currently on the market.
