This is a settlement build tour at Oberland Station in Fallout 4, using my city plan downloadable on NEXUS, (https://www.nexusmods.com/users/57501.... Sim settlements 2 required . A few scavengers specialising in train robbery stumbled upon a Vault-Tec convoy. A train full of goods to fill a shelter.Rich with their booty and tired of travelling the Commonwealth, they decide to settle down.
