After the resting time, remove the plastic wrap and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the outside of the roll. Coat the roll in the chopped corn nuts (press them down with your hands so they adhere well). Trim the ends and cut into 6 pieces. Insert a toothpick into the center of each piece for easy removal from the tray. 2) Bacon and Dates: 🛒 Ingredients (6 servings): 🔸 50 g bacon (1.7 oz) 🔹 3 dates 🔸 100 g cream cheese (3.5 oz) 🔹 40 g shelled pistachios (1.4 oz) 🔸 1 tbsp cream cheese 🔹 4 crustless white bread slices 🍳Steps: 1️⃣ Cook the bacon and let it cool. Insert it into the center of each canapé. 4) Surimi and Prawns: 🛒 Ingredients (6 pieces): 🔸 4 surimi sticks 🔹 2 sweet and sour gherkins 🔸 50 g mayonnaise (1.7 oz) 🔹 2 tsp ketchup 🔸 Shredded egg 🔹 6 cooked prawns 🔸 A little mayonnaise mixed with ketchup for dipping 🍳Steps: 1️⃣ Place the surimi sticks, gherkins, mayonnaise, and ketchup in your food processor.
