In Part 6 of the Auriel “Thumpa” Callaway story, the investigation moves deeper into Clarke Gardens. After detectives walk through the apartment complex and continue piecing together what happened the night Auriel was killed, investigators begin focusing heavily on Apartment 3 and Apartment 4 — two units connected to shell casings, witnesses, detained individuals, and recovered evidence. In this episode, detectives review what was found during the searches, including firearms, ammunition, marijuana, cash, and other items documented inside the apartments. When the men detained from Apartment 3 are questioned, nobody wants to claim the guns, drugs, or money found inside. But the biggest shift comes when detectives sit down with Ivy Dunn. Ivy gives investigators another witness account from inside Clarke Gardens and describes the tension building before the shooting — the fight, the crowd, Kiresa “Re-Re” Cooper, and another name that becomes important later: Sosa. This episode sets the stage for Part 7, where detectives begin breaking down the fight that started it all… and the alleged murder weapon that somehow appears in the bushes.
