「舞鶴赤れんがハーフマラソン 2024」～怪我からの復帰なので･･･サブ100を目指せ！～

On Monday, October 14th, I participated in the Maizuru Red Brick Half Marathon 2024! This was my first race of the season! I've been plagued by an injury since the end of summer, but I've been slowly working on my rehabilitation, starting with walking and then short jogs. That said, I still haven't been able to properly run more than 20km, so what was my goal in running the half marathon?!
