At the center of the meeting was the presidency's decision to delegate external consultants—magistrates and judicial police officials—to testify outside the Commission's institutional headquarters. On this point, however, there are two conflicting versions: according to the minutes of the Bureau sent to the group leaders, the delegation to the consultants was submitted to the body in two sessions—on May 5th and May 26th—without objections from the opposition representatives present, resulting in unanimous approval.
