Fishing for Thornback rays at the White Cliffs of Dover

Fishing next to a reef, did nightfall change our luck? This is Episode two of the Kent Winter Thornback ray sea fishing hunt where me and my brother go on adventures in search of the best in shore predator around during the winter months in our area (Kent). Today we set out early, the ground was frozen over and the white cliffs of Dover where looking pretty. The season were flat calm and the skies clear - perfect for a thornie! Loaded with Fish baits and squid we casted out over the concrete pier and onto the sand in between the Warrens reefs.
