Clean 4 TBS of rice 2.Pour That Clean Rice Into a Bowl 3. Add 4 cups Distilled Water 4. Toss it around in the water for a bit 5. Pour Both Rice and Water into an airtight mason jar 6. Add Lavender for hair growth and scent purposes since fermented rice smells gross 7. Let The rice water (rice as well) sit in mason jar closed overnight in room temperature for 24 hours 8. The next morning, strain the rice from the water into a bowl 9. Add new distilled water to dilute the potency of your rice water 10. Pour onto hair after it has been washed and conditioned 11.
