While I still think that this is a convenient binding solution for the casual snowboarder, there are a few considerations to know about before committing to your purchase. The biggest drawback is definitely the lack of width adjustability for setting up your stance, followed by the limited options you have for boots. Burton will be offering more boots to choose from next season, and the entry level price point is actually pretty reasonable. However, you will still be only be able to pair these bindings with a handful of Burton boots. As far as play in the binding goes this definitely does have some impact on responsiveness, but there is a little give and play in all bindings so I think the effect is negligible; especially compared to other common issues such as heel lift. I hope you guys find this video useful! Let me know your thoughts below, thanks for watching.
