Sonora Pass Ride From South Lake Tahoe

Not all planned rides follow their originally mapped and scheduled plans. Responsibilities, daylight, and other travel delays often mean the original plans get thrown out the window. But, just because the original plan didn't come to fruition definitely does not mean the ride is a wash. What started as an epic and fun Sierra Pass loop ride, turned into a pretty fun out and back ride. The traffic was probably better with my delay. The lighting was magical. And, I even made it back home for a yummy dinner. So, enjoy this video of my ride from South Lake Tahoe, up and over Luther Pass, Monitor Pass, down through the Walker River Canyon, then topping out up on Sonora Pass. The best part.
