"V-RIG" Demonstration on the Ground: DISCUSSION of This System for Arborists & Tree Climbers!
In the quick episode, I will go over the V-RIG (AKA the "M-RIG") as far as how equipment is supposed to be arranged and used. For pulleys to be used at each TIP, I recommend the DMM Pinto Pulley (not shown in video). Also, your TIPs in real life would spread the rope wider, creating a wider angle. Too wide of an angle (in excess of 120 degrees) can be problematic and can place excessive forces on each TIP.
