AKC Was then Transferd to Ellsmereport for the Production of un-leaded Petrol and other Materials. The Sea Water that was Pumped in was Mixed with Sulphuric Acid to Exstract the Bromine, Which was then Reacted with Ethtlene to get the Chemical DBE ( DIPROMEOTHANE ) for un-leaded Petrol. Shipped to mostyn on the river Dee the Plant Required 15.000 tons of Sulphar a Year, it was then Moved to the Plant via Rail.
