Fall in Paris | exploring, food & connecting
October trip to Paris because why not treating myself with a few days away from home? After a warm welcome in the city by a lively french house party, I had no idea how much the french capital would surprise me over the next few days. I arrived with zero expectation and no itinerary, and yet, the current pulled me along, not quite sure where i was headed- and still being excited by it. I woke up craving one thing: a pen and a diary. The hunt for a new journal became my day’s sole priority. Forgetting my diary at home was both a gift and a curse. Without those blank pages in my hands, immediate nostalgia washed over me, worried my notoriously poor memory would fail to capture everything. Maybe it’s not a coincidence, but it’s definitely a fact: the city is blessed with multiculturalism. People come from every possible country, sharing their culture, history and traditions. I think that was one of the first things i noticed when stepping off the plane. When a city offers safety and opportunity, that’s when people come, unite, and create something even more beautiful. Thank you for being here, and thank you guys for watching! i’ll catch you next time! ⋆ timestamps: 00:00 intro 00:18 day 1 - dinner at friend's house, french house party 01:32 day 2 - breakfast 02:13 montmartre, city tour, marches des enfant rouge, museums and others 02:55 59 rivoli - art ateliers 03:45 louvre (right after the robbery) 03:57 dinner at micho (highly raccomended!!) 04:17 day 3 - exploration (tour eiffel, hotel des invalides and others) 05:49 lunch at chinese place called la taverna de zaho (best meal so far, really amazing!) 06:11 coffee with friend 06:24 galignani library 06:56 outro ⋆ you can find me here: yt: / @sarahtakesnotes ig: / sarahbindiku newsletter: https://sarahtakesnotes.substack.com sub count: 2028⋆ tags: #paris #solotravel #parisvlog #october #traveling #solotraveling #thoughtdaughter #food #parisfood #paristravel #travel #travelvlog #france #louvre #museums #art #freetour #citytour #architecture #art #journaling #journalingprompts
