Jørgen Jersild: Moderato e sonore (15 Piano Pieces for Julie no.11) for piano

An impressionistic piece which uses pedal for continuity of sound and employs the upper register of the piano. There are no dynamic markings above poco forte and a lot of detailed piano/pianissimo indications. As with some of the other more ambitious pieces in the collection, the tonality moves from ambiguity to a kind of resolution (in this case A major).
