Motorcycle Riding is not a Hobby

Is motorbike riding really a hobby, or are we avoiding an uncomfortable truth? In this video I make the case that riding on its own isn't the whole story, and how pairing it with a goal beyond the bike (for me, surfing) is what keeps it fulfilling for the long run. A lot of riders I've talked to feel the spark fade once the novelty wears off, and the bike ends up spending more and more time in the garage. This video is about how to avoid that: see riding as transportation, and build something meaningful on top of it.
