With empty canals, quiet streets, and the first light of sunrise, I had a rare chance to experience Venice in complete silence while creating a plein air oil painting. 🎬 ABOUT THE VIDEO: I woke up at 5 AM to experience a side of Venice that most visitors never see. Before the streets filled with people, I carried my easel through the quiet canals and began painting as the first morning light reached the city. This video follows the entire plein air painting process—from searching for the perfect location and setting up at sunrise to completing an oil painting while Venice slowly wakes up around me. No commentary. Just the sounds of the city, the water, and the painting process.
