DOES ANYONE BELIEVE WHAT THE FCT MINISTER SAID ABOUT JABI LAKE?

Does anyone believe what the FCT minister said about the Jabi lake? The minister said they will be transforming the park into a modern park with loads of activities. From what we have seen online, most people do not believe the government at all. So we have been going around the three government parks in the capital city of Nigeria, trying to see which is the best place to visit.
