You don’t need any equipment for today’s workout. BUT: I highly recommend using HEADPHONES. 🎧 Put them on so you don’t focus too much on your breathing and can fully enjoy the music and the workout. Trust me: it makes a HUGE difference and helps you get into the flow so much more. And today… hips definitely don’t lie. 💃🏽 We really want to move our hips like Shakira and fully enjoy the music. While dancing, don’t forget to: activate your core as often as possible pull your belly button inward toward your spine stand tall like a dancer and perform every movement with energy Believe me or not: good posture + core activation makes this workout feel SO much stronger and more effective. One more important thing: if you are not used to training barefoot, please wear sneakers for this workout!! Our feet first need time to build strength and get used to barefoot training, so always start slowly and give your body time to adapt.
