And he builds his chip removal system, as a rule, according to the classical scheme, consisting of three elements: chip suction (or vacuum cleaner) complete with a container for collecting sawdust piping system elements of supplying channels to terminal devices - generators of shavings and sawdust. The power unit of the system is a JET DC-1200 chip suction unit, to which a 2 µm filter was additionally purchased. Gate valves (gates) are made independently.
