The incident occurred in the early morning hours in a parking lot in northwest Miami, where at least five vehicles were damaged and thefts of cash and belongings were reported. Among the stolen items was a firearm that was inside one of the cars. Residents say this is not the first time this has happened and fear the lack of security in the area.
