Celebrating America’s 250th in Washington DC
I took a short weekend trip with my family and some family friends to Washington DC in celebration of Americas 250th anniversary. Here is a list of places and things we saw: The White House Washington Monument Lincoln Memorial Library of Congress Supreme Court Capitol Building Smithsonian National Gallery of Art Peoples House Exhibit Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum 250th American Fair Personal highlights of the trip were the Library of Congress, the National Art Gallery and getting stuck in the elevator in a parking garage.
