🔋 Humsienk 12V 150Ah LiFePO4 Teardown - What’s Really Inside? In this video I take apart and test a Humsienk 150Ah LiFePO4 battery sent to me by my friend Michał. He noticed that the battery started failing after using around 50% of its capacity. Humsienk sent him a replacement and told him to keep the old one, so instead of throwing it away he passed it on to me for testing. The first capacity test confirmed the problem. After using around 78Ah the battery shut down completely and could not deliver its claimed capacity. I decided to open it and check what was happening inside. Inside I found heavily unbalanced cells. Cell number 2 was by far the worst and required around 60Ah of additional charging ⚡ After more than 10 hours of balancing and charging the cells individually, I managed to get perfect 3.65V on every cell and 14.6V across the battery pack ✅ The second capacity test improved dramatically and the battery delivered around 138Ah. Much better than the original 78Ah, but still below the advertised 150Ah.
