Jeannie Seely and Other Female Grand Ole Opry Members on the Opry's 60th Anniversary in 1985
Jeannie Seely, along with Lorrie Morgan, Jeanne Pruett, Jan Howard, Skeeter Davis, Jean Shepard, Wilma Lee Cooper, Connie Smith, and Kitty Wells perform on the Grand Ole Opry's 60th anniversary special taped in 1985 at the Opry House. The program aired on the CBS Television Network on January 14, 1986. Each female artist performed part of their "signature song" - with the exception of Lorrie Morgan who sang "Candy Kisses" by her father George Morgan. A few years later, however, Lorrie scored a string of her own hit records.
