🌀🚆 Quick service resumption! MTR train service after Typhoon Ragasa (East Rail Line, Light Rail)

This video was filmed on 2025/09/24. On September 23-24, 2025, Hong Kong was hit by Super Typhoon Ragasa, becoming the second typhoon in Hong Kong to reach Signal No. 10. During Signal No. 10, all open-air sections of the MTR lines were suspended. When the typhoon gradually moved away from Hong Kong and Signal No. 8 was hoisted, the MTR began to resume service on all lines. The East Rail Line was restored later due to the large number of open-air sections, but it was fully restored by the evening. The East Rail Line, which originally only extended to Fo Tan Station, was fully restored at the time of filming. A fallen tree damaged the overhead cables near Tai Hing North Station on the Light Rail.
