How to Make a Hellboy Mask out of eva foam with Free PDF templates. This project is perfect for a quick Cosplay or Halloween costume. I absolutely love the Hellboy comics and especially that iconic Mike Mignola look. I have made some stylized simple masks in the past so I figured that my HD Foam would be a great medium to create my own comic style Hellboy mask. To go along with the fabrication I also have Free PDF mask templates available over on my website that you can download to build right along with me. Plus in this video I will cover the steps I took to hand paint the mask to give it that Mignola look using acrylics.
