Tyler McCaw is enjoying life in Oklahoma with his siblings and parents. But the baby boy went through a lot even before he was born. It started when his parents, Kimmie and Justin, were told that Tyler had spina bifida. The birth defect occurs when a fetus's spine doesn't completely develop during early pregnancy.
