A 4L60e with no second gear! What happened?! Lets find out!

Every once in a while you will get new customers that say hey I heard you are "the guy", and this is one of those cases! We were challenged this time with discerning why this 4L60e had no second gear and it was a fun one. We tear the unit down inspect it, vacuum test it, and come to a conclusion on the failure. As a bonus at the end we have a clip of this back in the vehicle and a couple part throttle shifts. This customer was very happy with his transmission and shift profile.
