A Guided Tour of Lincoln's Home in Springfield, Illinois

In this video, I check out Abraham Lincoln's old home in Springfield, Illinois. Here, Lincoln started his law career, his political legacy, and lived with his family for over 23 years. I took a free house tour that runs every half hour and show the inside of his hold house, which was upgraded and expanded over time from a simple, single story house to what you see today. The park rangers were very helpful and passionate about telling the tale of Lincoln. Walking down the street of Lincoln's old neighborhood, one cant help but feel an aura of a truly great person having roamed the same very streets.
