Retrofitting a Generator Wheel Kit from Harbor Freight

This is part 3 of the Wen Generator restoration. I in this final chapter I adapt a wheel kit meant for a trash pump to the Wen Generator. I chose this kit because it has large pneumatic tires and it seemed the easiest to retrofit to a generator with no provisions for wheels. It takes some rigging but ends up working fine in the end.
