Battery Replacement on JBL LIVE Headphones (How to, using LIVE 460NC)

In this video we explain how to replace the Battery on JBL LIVE headphones. In this example we use the JBL LIVE 460NC headphones, showing the process in step-by-step instructions. First we remove the triangle-screws on top of the left ear cup. You can use a small flat blade screwdriver to do this. Next we detach the silver ring on the outside of the ear cup, by prying underneath it with a prying tool. After that also remove the small plastic ring (white). Then remove the four Phillips screws, which allows us to open up the housing and get access to the battery. When opening the housing, make sure not do tear the small ribbon cable, which connects the two parts of the housing! Carefully remove the battery and disconnect the wires (we can simply cut them one by one) Now attach the new battery by soldering its wires to the original wires. Then attach the new battery to the housing and close the housing back up.
