Riding the WORLDS FASTEST Bullet Train from Guilin to Hong Kong in CHINA

This takes about an hour as Yangshuo train station is the other side of Xingping. At the train station we wait for our train that will take us to Guilin. Matthew is still pretty ill from the food poisoning he picked up the day before. Our train from Yangshuo to Guilin takes around 30 minutes and then we wait for our direct train that will take us all the way from Guilin to Hong Kong. We stock up on supplies at the train station, drinks, snacks, etc. and get on our train. Today we would be travelling in second class on the G319 for the 3 hour plus journey from Guilin to Hong Kong. Along the way we would be travelling past some beautiful scenery and making stops at a number of stations including Guangzhou and Shenzen before finally arriving in Hong Kong at Kowloon West Train Station. At Hong Kong we had to go through immigration before catching a taxi to our hotel. Tonight we were staying at The Salisbury - YMCA Hong Kong, the hotel is in a perfect location in Tsim Sha Tsui next to the Peninsula with perfect views over Victoria harbour and the Hong Kong Skyline. Our room was a Harbour View King Suite so we had two rooms and a huge floor to ceiling window to admire the view. As Matthew was still ill me and Holly went out to get something to eat at a nearby Roast Goose Restaurant and walked along the harbour.
