Along the way I found an awesome old church...very peaceful, and as always the ride out through the lanes of Essex was lovely, especially with the sun shining brightly. It's all about getting out there, freeing the mind, and being present in the moment. No matter what anyone says, when you find the thing that quiets the voices in your mind, embrace it. Finding churches, castles, airfields, and forts is just the destination for the journey; it doesn't matter what it is really. What happens along the way is as if not more important.
