In today's video, I'll show you how to make a perfect summer dessert. Peach cobbler is a typical dessert from the southern United States during the summer, which is peach season. I love the flavors of this pie: the combination of peaches with the caramelized sugar, the crispy crust, and the vanilla ice cream. I used some gorgeous peaches, very juicy and flavorful. If you can't find peaches like that where you live, or they're too expensive, or out of season, you can use canned peaches. Just omit the 50g of brown sugar, as it won't be necessary.
