The Norfolk Health Child Programme delivers a range of community-based children and young people’s health services across Norfolk, including health visiting and school nursing services, as well as the Family Nurse Partnership and integrated vision, hearing and weight management services. The service cares for and supports children aged 0 - 19 and can now be accessed and contacted through 0300 300 0123
