The Sooty Show - Matt's New Bedroom

Matthew is sleeping on the floor in the lounge because he is having his bedroom completely redecorated and redesigned by Connie and the others. He wakes up feeling grumpy, so Sooty brings him a cup of tea to cheer him up, but before he can drink it, Sweep accidentally makes Matthew spill his tea. Matthew mops up the spilt tea but uses his shirt by mistake which makes him cross. But Connie tells him to calm down, as she's finished decorating his bedroom. Matthew is very excited to see his newly decorated room, but Connie tells him he and the others must help her to clear up in the kitchen first. After clearing up, they all show Matthew his new bedroom and he loves it - so much so that he wants to be left on his own and doesn't want anyone to come into his room unless he asks them first. He tells them he wants all his meals sent up to him and won't leave his room. Sooty, Sweep and Soo are sad at hearing this, but then later Matthew comes down and explains that he hasn't really been his room all day and was in the garage planning a special surprise party for everyone.
